A Seminole ShoutOut goes out to our Sauceda MS Student Council, under the sponsorship of Mrs. Ashley Muniz and Assistant Principal Mr. Ruiz, for attending and presenting at the Texas Association of Student Councils District XVI Spring Convention at PSJA Memorial High School on Saturday, February 21, 2026. We were the only middle school proudly representing the Mid-Valley.
We are proud to announce that for the third consecutive year in a row, we received the Sweepstakes Award, Outstanding Student Council, Outstanding Pride and Patriotism Award, Outstanding Drugs, Alcohol, Safety and Health Award, Outstanding Energy and Environment Award, and Outstanding Community Service Award. Our Student Body President Jonathan Davila completed his tenure as the District XVI Parliamentarian at the conference.
